Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Risk Technology Consultant to lead Archer-based solutions for enterprise Risk Management. You will guide project delivery, architecture, and integration, working with client teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across policy, risk, and compliance domains.

The role requires hands-on Archer expertise, strong communication, and ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, Deloitte-like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Typically 4–6 years of Archer implementation experience in IRM/GRC in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills with impact.
• Proven complex problem solving, critical thinking, and digital fluency.
• Leadership qualities: driving outcomes, emotional agility, leading teams.
• Adaptability and learning agility; change management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles.
• Expertise with Archer configuration, field updates, workflows, data imports, reports, dashboards, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and Archer-based solution delivery.
• Be SME for Archer GRC delivery and related technologies.
• Ensure technical deliverables are complete, high quality, on time.
• Manage end-to-end project quality and client-facing interactions.
