Job summary

Israel Discount Bank of New York (IDB Bank) invites a seasoned risk professional to transform governance, regulatory reporting, and GRC tool administration. You will own the Policy & Procedure Governance Framework, support ICAAP, and contribute to the AI Risk Framework working group while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science/Data or related field.
• MBA/MS or certifications (FRM, PRM, CRISC, PMP) preferred.
• 7–10+ years ERM/ regulatory governance experience in banking or financial services.
• 10–13+ years progressive leadership in ERM and risk reporting.
• RSA Archer GRC administration experience; SharePoint and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul policy and procedure governance using RSA Archer and SharePoint.
• Coordinate quarterly risk reporting to senior leadership and committees.
• Prepare monthly CRO report packages with cross‑functional inputs.
• Lead EPS/ICAAP activities and liaise with Internal Audit, Finance and Strategy.
• Administer Archer GRC; optimize risk workflows and governance processes.
• Maintain Risk Appetite Statement and risk limits; support risk assessments.
