Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to drive the risk management framework across the organization, including AI governance. The role emphasizes risk analysis, reporting, and advisory support to senior leadership, with responsibilities spanning identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of enterprise risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related fields.

Responsibilities

Implement and improve enterprise risk management processes, including risk identification, ownership, assessment, scoring, monitoring, reporting and action planning.
Coordinate risk reviews across functions (compliance, legal, cybersecurity, data science, governance, architecture and business units).
Prepare risk materials for board and audit committee, including AI governance considerations.
Develop risk reports, dashboards and executive briefings describing exposure, safeguards and residual risk.
Assist in governance review pathways based on materiality and risk.
Support enterprise AI governance initiatives and review AI-related risks and controls.
