Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to own and advance the organization’s risk framework. This role primarily focuses on implementing, monitoring and improving enterprise risk management processes, with a secondary emphasis on coordinating AI governance activities across functions.

You will deliver complex risk analyses, prepare management dashboards and board materials, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity and Data Science teams to ensure risk

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes across risk areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Model Governance and technology teams.
• Develop risk reports, dashboards and executive briefings.
• Support AI governance and governance reviews for AI use cases and emerging tech.
• Prepare risk materials for Board and Audit Committee updates.
• Identify material evidence gaps, conflicting recommendations and control weaknesses.
• Define risk priorities, governance calendars and review requirements.
• Ensure appropriate safeguards and human oversight for risks, including AI-related risks.

Education
