Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to drive and enhance our risk framework across the enterprise, with a strong emphasis on AI governance and risk analytics. This remote role supports senior management and various stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risk in a rapidly evolving environment.

The role requires experience in ERM, analytics, governance, and collaboration across legal, cybersecurity, data science, and architecture teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes across risk areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Technology teams.
• Identify emerging risks and trends, including AI and data privacy considerations.
• Develop risk reports, dashboards, and executive briefings with clear ownership and remediation actions.
• Prepare Board and committee risk materials, including quarterly Audit Committee updates and annual reports.
• Support enterprise AI governance and AI Council activities to manage AI-related risks.
