Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes across established and emerging risk areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with ERM, Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Model Governance, Data Governance, and technology teams.
• Identify and evaluate emerging risks and trends including AI, data use, cybersecurity, and regulatory considerations.
• Develop risk reports, dashboards, executive briefings, and recommendations describing risk exposure and owners.
• Prepare standard Board and committee risk materials, including quarterly Audit Committee updates and annual reports to the Board.
