Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes across risk areas.
• Support ERM planning, define risk priorities, reporting expectations, governance calendars.
• Monitor enterprise risks with clear ownership, escalation paths, and follow-up requirements.
• Identify and evaluate emerging risks including AI, ML, data use, cybersecurity, and tech architecture.
• Coordinate risk reviews with Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Governance, and technology teams.
• Develop risk reports, dashboards, and executive briefings with clear ownership and actions.
• Draft risk acceptance conditions, escalation recommendations, and governance guidance for teams.
