Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to shape and execute our ERM framework with a strong emphasis on risk identification, assessment, and governance. You will provide complex risk analyses, advise senior management, and foster responsible innovation across AI initiatives while maintaining effective controls.

The role calls for coordinating risk reviews, establishing clear ownership, and delivering risk reports and materials for board-level decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes across risk areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with multiple stakeholders.
• Assess and monitor emergent risks, including AI, cybersecurity, and technology architecture.
• Develop risk reports, dashboards, and Board material with clear ownership and actions.
• Support governance of enterprise AI risks and maintain governance documentation.
