Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to drive the risk-management framework and advise senior management. This remote role emphasizes implementing risk processes and coordinating AI governance across functions.

You will work independently to monitor enterprise risks, identify emerging trends including AI-related risks, and provide decision-ready insights to protect the enterprise while enabling responsible innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise risk management processes including risk identification, ownership, assessment, scoring, monitoring, reporting, mitigation, and action planning across risk areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with risk, compliance, legal, cybersecurity, data science, model governance, data governance, and technology teams.
• Prepare standard Board and committee risk materials and deliver timely risk reports and executive briefings.
• Identify emerging risks such as AI-related risks and ensure governance controls are proportionate to use cases.
