CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to support and evolve our risk framework across the organization. You will implement enterprise risk processes, coordinate AI governance, and provide complex risk analyses to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes across established and emerging risk areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reviews with Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science and more.
• Prepare standard Board and committee risk materials, including quarterly Audit Committee updates and annual reports to the full Board.
