Gong is seeking a Senior Consultant to guide Enterprise customers through deployment and adoption of the Gong platform, serving as the primary delivery expert and trusted advisor for our largest accounts.

You will design end-to-end solutions, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure measurable business outcomes and successful go-lives.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of consulting experience in a customer-facing Professional Services role with enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with directors and executives.
• Expert knowledge of revenue operations and sales workflows in large organizations.
• Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, Dynamics) and ability to guide security reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Support complex, Enterprise-level Gong implementations with stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery and map revenue workflows to define future-state processes.
• Design end-to-end solutions and create configuration blueprints.
• Perform hands-on Gong configuration to meet requirements.
• Lead change management to maximize user adoption.
• Own QA, plan tests, and manage post-go-live hypercare.
• Collaborate with customer tech teams on data validation, integration, and security reviews.
