Job summary

Gong is seeking a Senior Consultant to guide Enterprise customers through deployment and adoption of the Gong platform. You will serve as the primary delivery expert and trusted advisor for our largest accounts, ensuring measurable, mission-critical outcomes.

Senior Consultants handle complex configurations, architect multi-system integrations, and drive large-scale organizational change, managing multiple projects from implementation to go-live.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting experience in a customer-facing Professional Services role.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with director and executive-level contacts.
• Expert knowledge of revenue operations and business processes in large sales environments.
• Advanced capability in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics) and other business systems.
• Strong governance and ability to prioritize across multiple high-stakes engagements.
• Technical acumen and comfort guiding data validation, integrations, and security reviews.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support complex, Enterprise-level implementations and advise executive sponsors.
• Conduct deep discovery and map business processes to define future-state workflows.
• Design end-to-end solutions with workflow design and technical blueprints.
• Perform hands-on configuration to meet approved design and requirements.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure user adoption and value realization.
• Own QA: develop test plans, coordinate UAT, and manage post-go-live hypercare.
• Work with customer technical teams on data validation, integrations, and security reviews.
