Job summary

Luminance in New York is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise customer implementations. You will drive delivery across multiple engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure objectives are achieved on time and within scope.

The role requires strong program management discipline grounded in PMI principles, executive communication, and the ability to manage enterprise clients and internal leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise project or program management experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services.
• Proven success managing complex enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of PMI methodologies, project lifecycle management, governance, risk, and change management.
• Experience creating and managing detailed implementation plans, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and delivery governance.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizations.
• Experience with enterprise-level customers and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple enterprise implementation programs from initiation to go-live and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, governance, and status reporting per PMI best practices.
• Act as primary liaison between customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Delivery).
• Facilitate governance through steering committees, reviews, risk assessments, and executive updates.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints; drive resolutions to maintain momentum.
• Monitor project health, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure activities align with contractual commitments, business objectives, and standards.
• Establish clear communication cadences with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement by refining methodologies, templates, processes, and reporting.
