Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager for its Growth Operations team in the United States. You will oversee a portfolio of enterprise accounts, coordinating BI implementations and onboarding new products for top hotel clients.

This role requires strategic oversight, cross-functional leadership, and strong communication with executives. You will collaborate with product and engineering to translate client needs into actionable plans, drive on-time delivery, and foster long-term

Qualifications

Proven experience in a program or project management role, successfully managing enterprise or global accounts.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, from planning to execution.
Strong hospitality industry knowledge and hotel operations understanding.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of BI dashboards for enterprise clients and ensure on-time delivery.
Organize and manage projects within enterprise accounts to achieve business objectives.
Bridge between clients and Product/Engineering to capture requirements and manage delivery timelines.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through robust project plans and status calls.
