Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-priority, enterprise initiatives within the Executive PMO. You will bring structure to ambiguity, align sponsors and teams, and deliver measurable business value through governance, planning, and execution across multiple functions.

Responsibilities include creating integrated plans, managing interdependencies, and delivering executive-ready status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• PMP/PgMP/PMI-ACP or similar certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Establish governance and executive reporting forums for high-visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Finance, Commercial, Product and People.
• Develop integrated project plans with milestones, resources, budgets, and tangible outcomes.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and change-management strategies.
• Communicate status and recommendations to executives with concise dashboards.
• Support portfolio planning and sequencing recommendations based on data.
• Coach project managers and workstream leaders on planning and delivery discipline.
