Job summary

RSM Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise PMO leader to define and drive the PMO strategy across the organization, ensuring governance, standardization, and measurement of delivery across global operations.

The role reports to the VP IT and focuses on manufacturing and distribution, organizational change management, and building a high-performing PMO capability with cross-functional influence and tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of PMO experience including building or refining PMOs.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution space.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience with international organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise PMO strategy, operating model, governance framework, and project delivery standards.
• Establish consistent project management methodologies, templates, policies, and best practices across the organization.
• Select, implement, and improve enterprise PPM tools for transparency and efficiency.
• Ensure governance through stage gates, risk management, issue escalation, change control, and executive reporting.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and portfolio metrics for executive visibility into delivery outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO maturity across the enterprise.
• Lead enterprise project intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes.
• Develop and coach Business Relationship Managers as strategic IT partners.
