Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in strategy, project leadership, PMO, or similar roles managing enterprise-wide, complex global programs with multiple projects/work streams.
• Ability to establish executive relationships throughout the organization to build a strong stakeholder network.
• Experience in a Delivery-as-a-Service model with the ability to evaluate the portfolio in commercial terms (Revenue, Delivery, Savings, Value Pools).

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external teams to ensure successful execution of large, complex, global projects.
• Provide direction for ePMO functions including portfolio governance and demand/resource management.
• Develop and adopt frameworks to standardize program management across the enterprise.
• Prioritize initiatives to maximize business impact.
• Assemble cross-functional teams and manage risk, governance, and communications.
