Job summary

ASD is seeking a Director, PMO – Manufacturing Operations / Strategy & Transformation to establish and lead an enterprise PMO and transformation governance system. You will drive major strategic initiatives, NPI, and cross-functional programs to improve cost, quality, delivery, and efficiency.

Reporting to the SVP of Operations, you will ensure portfolio alignment, allocate resources, and deliver measurable financial impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading PMO, strategy deployment, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong Lean, Hoshin, and portfolio governance knowledge.
• Executive communication and cross-functional influence are essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across U.S. manufacturing locations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern ASD’s enterprise PMO framework, including cadence, standards, prioritization, and accountability.
• Lead annual and multi-year Strategy Deployment (Hoshin) processes to align objectives with projects.
• Maintain the Strategy Deployment Dashboard for benefits, resources, risks, and milestones.
• Drive enterprise initiatives across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Lead transformation leaders, workstream owners, and PMs to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
• Establish project charters, schedules, KPIs, and financial targets.
