Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an Associate Director of Enterprise Operations to translate enterprise priorities into coordinated actions, working with the Enterprise Operations Lead to drive execution, governance, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.

The role partners with Finance, Talent, IT, Risk, Communications, and Lines of Business to ensure priorities are clear and enterprise objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations, business transformation, consulting, or related function.
• Experience leading large-scale complex projects and initiatives and working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and translate enterprise priorities into coordinated action with governance and cross-functional alignment.
• Advance operational execution, governance, prioritization, and risk management across the enterprise.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and dependencies to support successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, decision materials, and presentations for leadership teams and governance committees.
