Job summary

Siemens Mobility in the United States is seeking a PMO Lead for Industrial Project Execution. You will lead the PMO and a team of Project Managers across industrial delivery, providing leadership, governance, and transparent portfolio reporting to improve predictability and outcomes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Quality, Services and partners to drive disciplined execution, ensure ownership, escalation paths, and successful handovers into services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience leading Project Managers in complex industrial environments.
• Experience establishing PMO, governance, and portfolio transparency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO team, providing leadership, coaching, and accountability for Project Managers.
• Establish governance rhythms, reporting, and risk/issue management across the portfolio.
• Direct disciplined execution using project management standards, reviews, and cost/schedule control.
• Ensure ownership clarity, escalation paths, and supportive tools for predictable, profitable delivery.
• Foster strong interfaces with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Quality, Services, and partners.
