Job summary

Industrial Electric Manufacturing in the United States is seeking a Head of Program Management (PMO) to lead a high‑performing team driving strategic initiatives from design through delivery. You will partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain to ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution of complex projects across switchgear and related equipment.

The ideal candidate will bring deep manufacturing knowledge, executive presence, and proven success in scalable PMO leadership,

Qualifications

15+ years in manufacturing of switchgear or related electrical power distribution equipment.
Proven leadership of high‑impact, cross‑functional programs with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety and Supply Chain.
Strong customer-facing experience with executive stakeholders and complex programs.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Program Managers to achieve on‑time, on‑budget execution.
Define PMO structure, governance, and career development as programs scale.
Own portfolio governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain for NPI and custom programs.
Partner with Sales for proposals, scoping, and contract execution.
