Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage schedules, risks, and governance across multiple programs. You will partner with initiative owners and leaders to ensure on-time delivery and sustained impact.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in complex project management, PMO experience, and certifications such as PMP or SAFe. This role requires ~25% travel and a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 4 year bachelor’s degree in PM, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience leading large cross-functional initiatives.
• Preferred PMP or Agile, SAFe, or other delivery certifications.
• Experience in PMO or enterprise strategy/execution environments highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration, and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and workstreams.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and issues with escalation to senior stakeholders.
• Apply standardized PM tools and governance frameworks for consistent delivery.
• Oversee centralized documentation: status reports, risk registers, dashboards.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, capture outcomes, and actions.
• Align initiative progress with enterprise reporting and governance expectations.
• Manage consulting partners and external vendors for seamless collaboration.
• Identify cross-functional interdependencies and maintain delivery continuity.
• Suggest improvements to practices, tools, and workflows to boost efficiency.
• Ensure data integration, process alignment, and system transitions.
