Responsibilities

• Develop and manage enterprise performance reporting, governance, and metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional reporting to senior leadership and the Board.
• Lead monthly Executive Committee reporting and biannual Board materials.
• Monitor strategic priorities, milestones, risks, and issues with strong judgment.
• Prepare executive communications and management presentations for reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement across performance processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and escalate risks, ensuring timely intervention and controls.
