Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an Enterprise Data Solutions Business Management Associate Director to oversee department-wide activities, governance and reporting. You will work with internal stakeholders, drive processes, and manage executive materials to support strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity in Jira, Snowflake, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive consistency across the business.
• Support the operationalization of annual business plans including objectives, strategies, and execution plans.
• Develop monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports for Senior Executives and facilitate internal meetings.
• Drive department-wide activities including budgeting, strategy sessions, and town halls.
• Support governance forums by preparing materials and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Provide data insights and coordinate cross-functional decision making.
