Qualifications

8-9 years of experience in commercial finance, performance management, business intelligence, or enterprise analytics roles.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a deep understanding of topline performance, mix, and market dynamics.
Experience designing standardized, scalable measurement and reporting processes that enable decision-making.
Experience leading small teams within complex, matrixed, multi-business organizations with enterprise stakeholders.
