TechChain Talent in New York seeks a Senior Business Development Lead to deeply understand enterprise compliance challenges and act as a deployment strategist. You will partner with customers to design on-chain compliance solutions that meet business, legal, and regulatory requirements for financial products.

You will close six-figure contracts with fintechs and financial institutions, manage a full sales cycle, translate regulatory needs into product decisions, and collaborate with engineering

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales within crypto, fintech, or regulated financial infrastructure.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing complex, enterprise-level agreements.
• Ability to translate regulatory/compliance requirements into actionable guidance for customer teams.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and digital assets regulation.
• Existing professional network in crypto, fintech, or financial services.

Aufgaben

• Close six-figure annual recurring contracts with fintechs, financial institutions, and crypto companies.
• Manage a pipeline across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, scoping, proposals, negotiation, and close.
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into concrete product and technical decisions with engineering, compliance, and legal teams.
• Provide strategic guidance on compliance architecture, including KYC/KYB, AML/CFT approaches.
• Identify, structure, and manage strategic partnerships to expand distribution and product.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback into the roadmap.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy as a senior member of the business team.
