Deciml, a real-time compliance platform for digital assets, seeks a Senior Business Development Lead in New York. You will own complex enterprise deals, translating regulatory needs into onchain solutions and partnering with fintechs and financial institutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle, shape go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with engineering and legal teams to ensure contracts align with policy requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales in crypto/fintech.
• Proven ability to source and close complex, enterprise-level agreements.
• Able to translate regulatory needs into actionable guidance for customers.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and digital assets regulation.
• Existing network within crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Ownership, agency, and commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Close six-figure annual contracts with fintechs and financial institutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.
• Translate regulatory requirements into product and technical decisions with stakeholders.
• Guide compliance architecture decisions including KYC/KYB workflows.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships to expand distribution.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to feed roadmap with customer input.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy as a senior business leader.
