Job summary

Payroc is seeking a POS Project Manager for Merchant Boarding & Business Services – POS. You will lead implementations of POS and payment solutions, coordinating timelines, cross‑functional teams, and merchant onboarding to go‑live.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management, strong POS platform knowledge (Clover, Revel, Lightspeed, Toast), excellent communication, and experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, and Jira. Travel 10–15% and hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in POS or SaaS onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant/retail POS platforms and hardware.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira or similar tools.
• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful implementations with milestones, timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate between stakeholders to align technical requirements.
• Analyze and design merchant databases for complex use cases.
• Participate in testing and validation prior to go-live.
• Perform end-to-end hardware and software imaging and staging.
• Execute remote and on-site installations; configure POS peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues during deployment.
• Train merchant staff during go-live and provide real-time support.
• Ensure smooth handoff to ongoing support and post-deployment readiness.
