Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Network Support Engineer (NSE) to join our Enterprise Support Engineering team.

You will act as SME for enterprise networking and deployments, mentoring CX agents, and coordinating with enterprise sales, partner engineering, and product teams. Responsibilities include diagnosing complex VLANs, multi-site configurations, captive portals, and WAN issues, visiting customer sites to install and repair networks, and handling on-call

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience for enterprise networking roles.
• 3+ years supporting corporate networks; enterprise deployments experience.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
• Experience with automation, version control tools, and scripting.
• Experience with VLANs, 802.1X, RADIUS, and multi-site WAN architecture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an SME on enterprise networking and multi-site deployments.
• Mentor CX Agents and collaborate with enterprise sales, partner engineering, and product teams.
• Diagnose and resolve complex VLANs, captive portals, and WAN issues for large-scale environments.
• Visit customer sites to diagnose, repair, and install complex eero networks in offices, hotels, and retail.
• Handle on-call enterprise incidents and lead escalation for T1–T3 support.
