Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking an Enterprise Network Engineer to lead corporate networking, wireless infrastructure, and network automation across multiple locations. This high-impact role offers ownership of enterprise connectivity and an opportunity to influence architecture to support continued growth.

You will design, deploy, and support enterprise Wi‑Fi, campus LAN, remote access, and secure networking across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Experience managing enterprise wired and wireless networks.
Strong campus LAN and wireless design background.
RF surveys and industrial wireless deployments experience.
Hands-on network automation and infrastructure as code.
Knowledge of zero-touch provisioning, SD-WAN, remote access, and enterprise security.
CWNA/CWDP or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and support enterprise Wi-Fi, campus LAN, remote access networks across sites.
Engineer wireless solutions for RF environments including industrial and warehouse facilities.
Perform wireless surveys and network validation to optimize coverage and performance.
Automate network provisioning and configuration using IaC and zero-touch deployment.
Standardize network deployments to onboard new offices and sites.
Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
