Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to drive account-centric marketing for Majors on the East Coast, with remote work options across the United States. You’ll partner with the Majors team and cross-functional partners to develop tailored programs that expand relationships, increase product adoption, and engage executives within large enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise account marketing or ABM.
• Experience with large, complex enterprise customers and growth within existing accounts.
• Strong Sales partnership and ability to work with account teams on marketing strategy.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Majors team to understand goals, opportunities, and whitespace.
• Build account marketing plans tied to account strategy and goals.
• Coordinate with Regional Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Demand Gen, and others to leverage existing programs or create new ones.
• Participate in account planning and EBRs where marketing adds value.
• Create high-touch programs including executive engagement, workshops, celebrations, advocacy, and personalized experiences.
• Help account teams deepen relationships with executives, technical leaders, champions, and geographies.
• Ensure Grafana resources are aligned and actioned across accounts.
• Measure success at the account level (reach, relationships, adoption, opportunities).
• Identify effective plays and scale them beyond Majors.
