Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to lead global Majors account marketing, expanding relationships, adoption, and executive engagement across large enterprise customers.

You will collaborate with Regions and cross-functional teams to define plays, scale successful programs, and drive high-impact marketing across geographies. The role emphasizes AI-enabled insights and a strategic, account-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise account marketing, ABM, customer marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers and supporting growth within existing accounts.
• Strong Sales partnership and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Experience with 1:1 or highly targeted account marketing across multiple teams, personas, and geographies.
• Global experience and comfort working across regions and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Majors team to understand account goals, growth opportunities, product adoption, key relationships, and whitespace.
• Build account marketing plans tied directly to the account strategy and what the team is trying to accomplish.
• Work across Regional Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Demand Gen, and other teams to leverage existing programs and create new ones when needed.
• Participate in account planning and EBRs where marketing can add value.
• Build high-touch programs including executive engagement, workshops, customer celebrations, peer connections, advocacy, and personalized experiences.
