Job summary

Robinhood is building an elite Enterprise Build team to turn AI prototypes into enterprise-grade services. You will own the front of the pipeline, assess prototypes, define integration touchpoints, and drive native enterprise delivery with Okta SSO, SCIM provisioning, and audit logging.

You will collaborate with SWE teammates to productionize prototypes, ensure safe integration, and navigate a heavily regulated industry. This role is based in Menlo Park, CA, with in-person attendance required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building integrations in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with Okta identity and SSO.
• Proven ability to operate in regulated industries.
• Strong communication translating tech to executives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prototypes for data touchpoints and determine build, sandbox, or buy.
• Make graduated services native to enterprise: SSO via Okta, SCIM provisioning, audit logs.
• Deliver end-to-end integration-led graduations with minimal ground-up rebuild.
• Coordinate with SWE team to productionize prototypes into services.
• Map workflows with business partners and translate needs throughout engagements.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Platforms on identity and onboarding.
• Apply AI tools to automate repetitive assessment, integration, and documentation tasks.
