Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, maintain, and support enterprise integrations, interfaces, APIs, and automated data exchanges among County and third-party systems.
• Develop and support integration solutions for financial and human resources systems, Courts, Public Safety, and other applications.
• Design and implement secure, reliable, maintainable, and fault-tolerant integrations using enterprise integration platforms, APIs, web services, databases, files, etc.
• Develop, configure, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations using the County's integration platform and related technologies.
• Design and implement REST and SOAP APIs, web services, and interfaces with JSON, XML, CSV, SQL.
• Investigate and resolve complex integration failures by analyzing logs, system behavior, data flows, and dependencies.
• Implement monitoring, logging, error handling, alerts, recovery, and data validation for reliability.
• Collaborate with application owners, business analysts, vendors, and IT staff to translate requirements into integration solutions.
• Support implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modernization requiring new or modified integrations.
• Maintain integration mappings, technical specifications, data flow documentation, interface inventories, and support procedures.
• Ensure integrations comply with cybersecurity, access control, change management, testing, documentation, and governance requirements.
