Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise operations, risk, incident response, resilience, or related fields.
• Experience assessing high-impact, time-sensitive business events.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen with risk assessment and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize information rapidly under pressure.
• Proven ability to influence across large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise impact and risk assessment using the EIR severity matrix to determine escalation and leadership engagement.
• Maintain enterprise situational awareness across technology, operations, risk, and response functions.
• Develop timely, business-focused communications for senior and executive leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Major Incident Management, Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance, and other groups.
• Evaluate severity, escalation, and response; trigger Crisis Management when needed.
