Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Enterprise Incident Response Manager in Scottsdale, AZ to assess enterprise impact and risk for major events affecting customers, associates, and operations. You will translate complex information into clear business risk assessments and escalate as needed to leadership.

You will lead enterprise-wide situational awareness, coordinate across Cyber, Technology, Risk, and Corporate Communications teams, and provide concise, timely communications to executives

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including communication of complex issues and risk to senior and executive leadership.
• Strong business acumen, risk assessment, analytical, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to synthesize information rapidly and operate confidently when facts are incomplete or changing.
• Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills with demonstrated composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of actual and potential enterprise impact using the EIR severity matrix to determine escalation, communication tier, and leadership engagement.
• Assess customer, associate, operational, technology, financial, regulatory, third-party, facilities, and reputational impact.
• Establish and maintain a consolidated enterprise view across technology, business, operations, risk, and specialist response functions.
• Develop and deliver timely business-focused communications for senior and executive leadership.
• Partner across multiple functions and coordinate cross-functional response to enterprise incidents.
