• Lead assessment of actual and potential enterprise impact and determine escalation and leadership engagement.
• Establish and maintain enterprise situational awareness across technology, business, operations and risk functions.
• Develop and deliver timely business-focused communications for senior executives and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional response across incident management, cybersecurity, risk, and operations.
• Support consistency and maturity of the enterprise risk and communication framework.
