• Strong hands-on incident investigation and response experience.
• Experience communicating status to executives and boards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams under time pressure.
• Strong judgment and decision-making in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end command for high-severity incidents with triage, escalation, and resolution tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Legal, and Leadership.
• Investigate active incidents, analyze system behavior, review logs, and support containment and recovery actions.
• Deliver executive communications, incident reports, and post-incident reviews.
