Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Incident Manager Senior to lead the organization’s incident management function.

The role oversees end-to-end lifecycle management of major incidents, coordinating across operations, technology, product, risk and executive teams to minimize disruption and protect customers. Candidate will define governance, drive continuous improvement, and partner with audits and controls to ensure effective remediation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise incident management and major incident response.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles, governance, and control frameworks.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional incident response teams.
• Ability to communicate complex risk and impact to executives and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Incident Management function across Worldpay/Global Payments.
• Direct end-to-end incident lifecycle detection, assessment, recovery and RCAs.
• Coordinate incident response with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain enterprise incident management framework and policies.
• Provide executive risk assessments, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Identify systemic risks and drive resilience and improvement initiatives.
