Job summary

The Benji Group in Chicago is seeking an Implementation & Customer Success Manager for a hybrid role (2-3 days in office). You will oversee onboarding, rollout, and adoption of the Benji platform for enterprise clients, coordinating with product, sales, engineering and support teams.

You will manage enterprise relationships, drive successful deployments, and provide training and ongoing guidance to ensure long-term product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a client-facing role leading software implementations.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and API integrations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise platform deployments and data migrations.
• Serve as primary contact for enterprise customers and partners.
• Conduct training sessions and provide post-implementation guidance.
• Collaborate with product, sales, engineering and support for a seamless experience.
