Job summary

Samsara is seeking a senior leader for its Enterprise Services team to guide large-scale, high-touch customer deployments. You will manage performance, own executive relationships, and work across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to protect renewals and expansions.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of services leadership, experience with Gainsight/PSA tools, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing services teams on complex, multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Experience implementing Enterprise (medium/high touch) accounts or account management programs.
• Experience with customer success CRM tools such as Gainsight and PSA tools.
• Strong problem solving, prioritization, and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance and deliver results across KPIs and OKRs.
• Own executive stakeholder relationships and escalate at-risk, high-ACV accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
• Coach consultants through multi-site technical implementations including hardware deployment and API integrations.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation.
