3Search is seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Specialist to lead complex implementations for large enterprise customers. You will own the implementation lifecycle from discovery and solution design through technical implementation, onboarding, and handover.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise implementation, project management, professional services, or a similar customer-facing function.
• Experience managing complex SaaS implementations involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand SaaS configuration, integrations, APIs, and technical requirements.
• Experience working closely with enterprise IT and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of business operations and how technology can improve organizational efficiency.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• The ability to confidently lead discovery sessions, workshops, training, and executive-level customer conversations.
• Experience working with global or distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• A highly customer-centric approach and genuine interest in delivering successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process for enterprise customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track milestones, and maintain strong project governance.
• Lead discovery workshops and work with customers to understand requirements, objectives, and operational challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into clear implementation scope and actionable workstreams.
• Partner closely with technical teams and customer IT stakeholders to ensure integrations and technical requirements remain on track.
• Lead customer onboarding, enablement, and early-stage support.
• Manage relationships with senior and executive stakeholders across complex enterprise organizations.
• Identify implementation risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and customer outcomes.
