Job summary

Greenhouse is seeking a Strategic Consultant to join our Customer Success and Professional Services teams. You will own large, complex paid enablement engagements, accelerate Greenhouse-led implementations, and conduct system audits, advisement, reconfigurations, and change management.

Ideal candidates distill complex needs into actionable workflows, inspire decision makers to act, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize recruiting workflows and strategies.

Qualifications

• Extensive Greenhouse knowledge.
• Project management experience.
• 3+ years experience advising on talent-related functions.
• Experience helping to build internal programs and process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; assertive, strategic.
• Ability to manage and work well on a team in a changing environment.
• Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day to help customers recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Work strategically with our largest and fastest-growing customers to upgrade workflows, system configurations, and recruiting strategies.
• Build documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting engagements and processes.
• Strategize and oversee the professional services lifecycle of multiple projects at a time.
• Partner with customers to advise, educate, and facilitate changes based on recommendations.
• Engage in change management and evangelism.
• Conduct account and workflow audits, including detailed recommendations.
• Handle additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.
