Job summary
Elite-Recruiting- is seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to deploy, configure, and support enterprise software while maintaining the IT infrastructure that enables client operations. This role blends software deployment, networking, systems support, and technical consulting to ensure seamless deployments and excellent customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is highly technical, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple implementation projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in software implementation or systems engineering.
- Experience deploying enterprise software in client-facing environments.
- Strong networking knowledge and ability to configure IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements to develop implementation strategies.
- Configure, customize, and deploy software solutions for customers.
- Install and troubleshoot network infrastructure and related hardware.
- Develop implementation plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Development, Product and Support teams.
