Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years in software implementation or systems engineering.
• Experience deploying enterprise software for clients.
• Experience with networking hardware is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements to develop implementation strategies.
• Configure and deploy software solutions per customer needs.
• Install and troubleshoot network infrastructure and hardware.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, Product, and Support teams.
• Provide training and ongoing client support.
• Perform system testing and QA before deployment.
• Manage multiple projects and meet milestones.
