Job summary

Lavendo, Inc. is seeking an Implementation & Delivery Solutions Engineer to own enterprise implementations from handoff to go-live.

You will work across multi-product platforms, drive feedback to Engineering, and ensure a consistent customer experience across Sales, CSMs, and Engagement Managers. Role requires 3–7 years in a customer-facing technical role, experience leading multiple constrained implementations, and hands-on API/data integration skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–7 years in a customer-facing technical role and own both the tech and the relationship.
• Experience running multiple configuration-heavy implementations at once (CRM or multi-vertical SaaS).
• Ability to scope, configure, and troubleshoot API integrations and data flows without waiting on engineering.
• Technical degree in CS, engineering, or similar.
• Proven track record working with Engineering, Sales, CS, and Product.
• Ownership of post-sales implementations from discovery to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Run each implementation end to end: scoping, configuration, testing, go-live.
• Coordinate handoffs with Sales, CSMs, and Engagement Managers to ensure a single customer experience.
• Map customer workflows and turn them into concrete implementation plans.
• Lead multiple implementations across product verticals.
• Handle data and API integrations, migrations, and ensure data lands correctly.
