Job summary

Paychex is redefining how businesses manage payroll, HR, benefits and advisory services in a single platform. The Enterprise Sales role focuses on new-logo acquisitions, building a robust pipeline across defined territories, and closing high-impact deals with 100+ employees clients.

You will collaborate with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a broad channel ecosystem to drive growth, leverage AI-enabled tools, and accelerate deal velocity in a structured selling environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant professional sales.
• 3 years of experience in HCM industry.
• Ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level and manage multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business within defined territories.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Build bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio and earn accelerators.
• Partner with solutions engineers and a large broker network in a team-selling environment.
• Own pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
