Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive new logos across defined territories in a remote role. You will prospect, discover, demo, and close multi-stakeholder deals within large client organizations, building comprehensive solution bundles across payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services.

You will engage at the C-level, manage a full sales cycle, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate closing and achieve quota in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of quota-carrying or complex B2B sales with a proven track record.
• Experience engaging economic buyers at the C-level and navigating multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience selling into organizations of 100+ employees and managing pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with 100–5,000+ employees within defined territories.
• Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Create high-value solution bundles across the Paychex portfolio including HR, payroll, benefits, and consulting.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and channel ecosystem to scale deals.
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and disciplined front-end prospecting through to close.
