Job summary

PrismHR Account Executive is responsible for driving new enterprise business within the payroll and human capital management market. You will build relationships with CPA firms, payroll providers, ASOs, and accounting firms, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Engage with executive-level stakeholders, present value propositions of Execupay, PrismHR, and Vensure Employer Solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of enterprise-level sales experience, preferably SaaS to executive buyers.
• Experience selling HCM, payroll, or workforce management solutions to CPA firms, payroll providers, ASOs or similar markets.
• Experience managing full enterprise sales process from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new enterprise sales opportunities in payroll/HCM markets.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to win new business and maintain pipeline.
