PrismHR Account Executive in Arizona on-site drives new enterprise business in payroll and HR software. You will build relationships with CPA firms, payroll providers, ASOs, and other HR service organizations while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You will collaborate with internal teams, present value propositions, maintain a strong pipeline, and travel domestically as needed. Prior SaaS and HCM/payroll experience at executive level is preferred.

Formación

• Five+ years of enterprise-level SaaS sales experience
• Experience selling HCM/payroll/workforce management solutions
• Experience selling to CPA firms, payroll providers, ASOs, or similar markets
• Full sales-cycle expertise: prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, closing
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new enterprise sales opportunities in payroll/HCM market
• Build relationships with C-level executives and other decision-makers
• Manage full sales process from prospecting to close, maintain pipeline
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft solutions for clients
• Maintain accurate CRM data and present pipeline results to leadership
• Represent PrismHR at industry events and conferences
• Frequent on-site presence and travel as required
